ما به دنبال یک همکار حقوقی با جزئیات هستیم تا از رئیس اداره حقوقی بین المللی خود در سراسر قراردادها ، مقررات بازار سرمایه ، انطباق تحریم ها و مدیریت حمایت کنیم. کاندیدای ایده آل دارای تجربه دستی در بازار اوراق بهادار ایران است و در محیط های انگلیسی زبان راحت کار می کند. و گزارش در مورد قوانین ، مقررات و راهنمایی های مربوط به تنظیم کننده. تهیه توجیهات و یادداشت های مختصر.
• پیش نویس ، بررسی و بومی سازی اسناد حقوقی دو زبانه (انگلیسی-پرسیان).
• مدیریت گردش کار ، ایمیل ، پیگیری ها ، و مکاتبات با مقامات و سازمان های مربوطه را مدیریت کنید. کارشناسی ارشد در قانون ترجیح داده می شود ، در حالت ایده آل با تمرکز بین المللی.
• سطح انگلیسی: بسیار خوب-فوق العاده
• 1+ سال تجربه مستقیم در بازارهای سرمایه/قانون اوراق بهادار ؛
• آشنایی با کد تجاری ایران و مقررات سرمایه گذاری خارجی. و بررسی اسناد حقوقی دو زبانه (انگلیسی-پریان).
ترجیح (خوب برای همیشه)
• دانش قانون بازار اوراق بهادار ایران و مقررات مربوط به سئو.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our Head of International Legal Department across contracts, capital-markets regulation, sanctions compliance, and governance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Iran’s securities market and is comfortable working in English-language environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.

• Assist with sanctions compliance

• Support the annual audit process and act as a liaison with external auditors.

• Prepare corporate governance documents and resolutions (board/shareholder).

• Monitor and report on relevant laws, regulations, and regulator guidance; prepare concise briefings and memos.

• Draft, review, and localize bilingual (English–Persian) legal documents.

• Manage heavy document workflows, emails, follow-ups, and correspondence with relevant authorities and organizations.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); Master’s in Law preferred, ideally with an international focus.

• English level: very good–excellent

• 1+ years of direct experience in capital markets/securities law;

• Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code and foreign investment regulations.

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong client-service orientation.

• Proven ability to draft and review bilingual legal documents (English–Persian).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Knowledge of Iran’s Securities Market Act and SEO-relevant regulations.

• Experience supporting sanctions compliance programs and regulatory audits.

• Exposure to cross-border transactions and international regulatory environments.

• Advanced negotiation skills and sensitivity to cultural differences.
