آشنایی با 5S
آشنایی با مراحل اصلی فرآیند تولید
آشنایی با روش های بهینه سازی فرآیند تولید و کنترل و کاهش ضایعات
آشنایی با "بهبود مستمر" (kaizen)
آشنایی با مدیریت زمان و هزینه در فرآیند تولید
آشنایی با گزارش های کمی و کیفی
توانای حل مساله و تحلیل داده و تهیه داشبوردهای مدیریتی
تسلط بر شاخص های کلیدی عملکردی تولید (KPI)
تسلط بر تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تولید
تسلط بر مباحث مرتبط با مهندسی صنایع در تولید OEE / PPM
تسلط بر نرم افزار های office، مخصوصا EXCEL و POWER POINT
داشتن روابط عمومی بالا و روحیه کار تیمی در کارخانه های صنعتی

شرح وظایف:

تهیه گزارشات مرتبط با تولید
بررسی و نظارت بر شاخص های تولیدی و کیفی، تحلیل آن و تعریف اقدامات اصلاحی
نظارت بر PPM سالن و برگزاری جلسات در راستای بهبود وضعیت کیفی
خطا ناپذیر کردن فرآیند ها، روش های تولیدی و تجهیزات
پیشنهاد ساخت یا خرید تجهیزات و ابزار آلات تولیدی جهت بهبود
پیگیری و تحلیل چالشهای روزانه تولید


محل کار : کیلومتر 21 جاده مخصوص
روز و ساعت کاری : شنبه تا چهارشنبه 7:00-19:00 (اضافه کاری دارد)/ پنجشنبه ها 7:00 - 15:00 اضافه کاری دارد
تحصیلات : کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد صنایع

Competencies and qualification conditions:

Familiarity with 5S
Familiarity with the main stages of the production process
Familiarity with methods of optimizing the production process and controlling and reducing waste
Familiarity with "continuous improvement" (kaizen)
Familiarity with time and cost management in the production process
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative reports
Ability to solve problems and analyze data and prepare dashboards Managerial
Mastery of production key performance indicators (KPI)
Mastery of production data analysis
Mastery of topics related to industrial engineering in OEE / PPM production
Mastery of office software, especially EXCEL and POWER POINT
Having high public relations and teamwork spirit in industrial plants

Duties:

Preparation of reports related to production
Check and monitoring the production and quality indicators, analyzing it and defining corrective measures
Monitoring the PPM of the salon and holding meetings in order to improve the quality situation
Making the processes, production methods and equipment error-free
Proposing the construction or purchase of production equipment and tools for improvement
Following and analyzing the daily challenges of production


Workplace: km 21 special road
Working days and hours: Saturday to Wednesday 7:00-19:00 (extra has work) / Thursdays 7:00 - 15:00 overtime
Education: Bachelor or Master of Industry
