نماینده علمی | Medical Representative

شرکت دریان سلامت به دنبال استخدام نماینده پزشکی با تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه داروسازی و سطح حرفه‌ای جونیور است. این موقعیت در مشهد می‌باشد و به فردی نیاز دارد که توانایی ارتباط مؤثر با متخصصان حوزه پزشکی را داشته باشد. هدف از این نقش ترویج محصولات داروئی و افزایش سهم بازار از طریق تعامل مستقیم با پزشکان و سایر متخصصان مرتبط است.

Responsibilities:
- ارتباط برقرار کردن با پزشکان و متخصصان مراقبت بهداشتی برای معرفی و ترویج محصولات دارویی
- برگزاری نشست‌ها و ارائه‌های مؤثر برای افزایش آگاهی و آشنایی با محصولات
- توسعه و نگهداری روابط حرفه‌ای با مشتریان کنونی و بالقوه
- پایش و گزارش‌دهی بازار و رقبا برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید
- همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای توسعه استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و تبلیغاتی

Qualifications:
- مدرک تحصیلی در داروسازی یا داروشناسی
- توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و مهارت‌های فروش عالی
- تجربه در صنعت داروسازی یا بازاریابی محصولات بهداشتی
- دانش به‌روز از محصولات دارویی و تحولات بازار

Daryan Salamat is a well-established pharmaceuticals company, founded in 2007. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Representative to join our team in Mashhad. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting our pharmaceutical products and ensuring strong customer relationships within the medical community.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and enhance product knowledge.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to marketing and sales teams.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual.
