We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Supervisor to lead onboarding and continuous training initiatives for drivers across our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to new drivers, conducting refresher sessions for those with performance challenges, and working closely with mentors to identify and address onboarding issues. The ultimate goal of this role is to enhance driver performance quality and increase retention, thereby improving overall fleet efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Deliver daily training sessions for newly hired drivers
Conduct refresher training for drivers with performance issues
Review and analyze daily/weekly reports from branch mentors to identify onboarding challenges and provide feedback on training progress
Collaborate with the operations team to design and improve training processes
Identify training needs and propose innovative ideas to enhance training quality and driver learning experience
Monitor driver performance indicators during the first month of employment and provide actionable feedback
Ensure proper execution of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
Prepare training-related content for social media and blog platforms
Conduct comprehensive analysis of training data and provide improvement recommendations
Track retention rates of newly hired drivers during the first months of employment
Required Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Power BI
Hands-on operational experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Age below 35
