We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Supervisor to lead onboarding and continuous training initiatives for drivers across our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to new drivers, conducting refresher sessions for those with performance challenges, and working closely with mentors to identify and address onboarding issues.
