About the role:
Identify, recruit and employ high performing independent agents or brokers who can effectively sell insurance products, thereby expanding the company's distribution network and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role ensures that new salespeople are properly trained, aligned with the company's values and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strategic market development goals. He is also responsible for ongoing training and troubleshooting of sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Persuade agents through cold calling and site leads
- Continuous training of agents and sellers
- Resolving agent problems and following up with the relevant unit
- Sending training documents to salespeople
- Following up on the first sale and subsequent sales until reaching top sales
- Converting inactive salespeople to active ones
- Retaining salespeople
