شرح موقعیت شغلی:
این موقعیت شغلی مربوط به یک شرکت تولیدی ایرانی است که به دنبال همکاری با یک مدیر ارشد مالی باتجربه، دقیق و آشنا با ساختارهای مالی سازمان‌های تولیدی می‌باشد تا بتواند سیستم مالی شرکت را به‌صورت یکپارچه مدیریت، سازماندهی و هدایت کند.
در این نقش، مسئولیت شما شامل کنترل هزینه‌ها، تحلیل سودآوری خطوط تولید، مدیریت جریان نقدی، توسعه سیستم‌های کنترلی و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی استراتژیک خواهد بود. همچنین، تسلط به فضای تولید، بهای تمام‌شده و مدیریت عملیات مالی کارخانه از ضروریات این جایگاه است.

مسئولیت‌های اصلی:
- برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر کل فعالیت‌های مالی و حسابداری شرکت
- کنترل و مدیریت بهای تمام‌شده (Costing) و تحلیل قیمت محصولات تولیدی
- مدیریت بودجه، پیش‌بینی مالی (Forecasting) و کنترل جریان نقدی
- ایجاد و ارتقای سیستم‌های کنترل داخلی برای شفافیت و جلوگیری از انحرافات مالی
- مدیریت حسابرسی داخلی و خارجی، تهیه و ارائه صورت‌های مالی استاندارد
- تحلیل عملکرد مالی خطوط تولید و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود سودآوری
- نظارت بر فرآیند تأمین مالی، گردش موجودی، صندوق و حساب‌های بانکی
- همکاری مستمر با واحدهای تولید، برنامه‌ریزی، تدارکات و فروش برای مدیریت بهتر هزینه‌ها
- تجزیه‌وتحلیل انحرافات مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی منظم به مدیرعامل
- مدیریت و توسعه تیم مالی و ایجاد نظم و ساختار در فرآیندها

شرایط احراز:
- تجربه قبلی در سمت مدیر مالی یا مدیر مالی ارشد در شرکت‌های تولیدی
- تسلط کامل به بهای تمام‌شده، کنترل تولید، انبارداری و سیستم‌های مالی شرکت‌های تولیدی
- آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه، دارایی و استانداردهای حسابداری ایران
- تجربه عملی در بودجه‌بندی، مدیریت نقدینگی و تحلیل‌های مالی
- توانایی طراحی و اجرای فرآیندهای مالی استاندارد و ایجاد سیستم‌های کنترلی
- تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی و ERP

job description:
This job position is related to an Iranian manufacturing company that is looking for cooperation with an experienced, precise and familiar with the financial structures of manufacturing organizations, so that he can manage, organize and direct the financial system of the company in an integrated way.
In this role, your responsibilities include controlling costs, analyzing the profitability of production lines, managing cash flow, and developing control systems. and providing strategic financial reports. Also, mastering the production space, costing and managing the financial operations of the factory is one of the requirements of this position.

Main responsibilities:
- Planning, directing and monitoring all financial and accounting activities of the company
- Costing control and management and price analysis of manufactured products
- Budget management, financial forecasting (Forecasting) and cash flow control
- Creating and promoting internal control systems for transparency and preventing financial deviations
- Management Internal and external auditing, preparing and presenting standard financial statements
- Analyzing the financial performance of production lines and providing solutions to improve profitability
- Monitoring the financing process, inventory circulation, funds and bank accounts
- Continuous cooperation with production, planning, procurement and sales units for better cost management
- Analyzing financial deviations and providing regular management reports to the CEO
- Managing and developing the financial team and creating order and structure in Processes

Certification conditions:
- Previous experience as a financial manager or senior financial manager in manufacturing companies
- Complete mastery of costing, production control, warehousing and financial systems of manufacturing companies
- Familiarity with Iranian tax laws, insurance, property and accounting standards
- Practical experience in budgeting, liquidity management and financial analysis
- Ability to design and implement standard financial processes and create control systems
- Mastery of software Finance and ERP
