ما به دنبال یک توسعه‌دهنده ارشد Go (Golang) هستیم تا در طراحی و پیاده‌سازی یک پلتفرم پیشرفته ربات معاملاتی رمزارز نقش کلیدی ایفا کند.
در این موقعیت، شما در نقطه‌ی تلاقی داده‌های بلادرنگ بازار، سیستم‌های توزیع‌شده و زیرساخت ابری (AWS) فعالیت خواهید کرد و سرویس‌هایی با کارایی بالا و تأخیر پایین برای اتصال به صرافی‌های رمزارزی ایجاد خواهید نمود.
این شغل فرصتی است برای کار روی معماری و زیرساخت اصلی سامانه‌ای که داده و معاملات را در مقیاس بزرگ پردازش می‌کند.


مسئولیت‌ها

طراحی و توسعه‌ی میکروسرویس‌های مبتنی بر Go برای اتصال به صرافی‌های رمزارز مانند Binance، Bybit، OKX، Coinbase و Kraken
پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های کم‌تأخیر و مقاوم برای دریافت داده‌های بازار، مدیریت سفارش‌ها و اجرای معاملات
طراحی و نگهداری پایپ‌لاین‌های استریم داده بلادرنگ با استفاده از Kafka
بهینه‌سازی عملکرد سیستم از نظر تأخیر، کارایی و مقیاس‌پذیری با استفاده از قابلیت‌های هم‌زمانی (goroutine، channel و sync) در Go
استقرار و مدیریت زیرساخت‌ها بر بستر AWS (شامل S3، ECS/EKS، Lambda، CloudWatch، IAM و غیره)
همکاری نزدیک با تیم DevOps برای ایجاد CI/CD و مانیتورینگ خودکار
همکاری با تیم‌های تحقیق و داده برای تضمین صحت جریان داده‌ها
نگارش کد تمیز، ماژولار و تست‌شده با رعایت بهترین اصول مهندسی نرم‌افزار

شرایط و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز

حداقل 3سال سابقه‌ی کاری حرفه‌ای در توسعه با زبان Go (Golang)
تسلط عمیق بر موازی‌سازی، هم‌زمانی و بهینه‌سازی عملکرد در Go
تجربه‌ی عملی در کار با API صرافی‌های رمزارزی (REST و WebSocket)
آشنایی کامل با خدمات AWS (S3، ECS، EC2، Lambda، CloudWatch و IAM)
تسلط بر Kafka یا سایر سیستم‌های پیام‌رسان توزیع‌شده مانند RabbitMQ یا Redpanda
تسلط بر Docker، Kubernetes و فرآیندهای مدرن DevOps
آشنایی با ابزارهای مانیتورینگ مانند Prometheus و Grafana
درک قوی از ساختار داده، شبکه و معماری سیستم‌ها
روحیه‌ی تیمی بالا و توانایی راهنمایی توسعه‌دهندگان جوان‌تر

مزیت محسوب می‌شود اگر:

تجربه‌ی کار در حوزه‌ی سیستم‌های معاملاتی، بازارسازی یا استراتژی‌های آربیتراژ داشته باشید
با زبان‌های Python یا Rust برای بخش‌های جانبی یا پردازش داده آشنا باشید
دانش در زمینه‌ی ذخیره‌سازی ستونی و دریاچه‌های داده (Parquet, Iceberg, Delta Lake) داشته باشید
تجربه در پردازش بلادرنگ داده یا سیستم‌های stream processing

Job Description
We are looking for a senior Go (Golang) developer to play a key role in the design and implementation of an advanced cryptocurrency trading robot platform.
In this position, you will work at the intersection of real-time market data, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) and create high-performance, low-latency services to connect to cryptocurrency exchanges.
This job is an opportunity to work on the architecture and core system infrastructure. which processes data and transactions at large scale.


Responsibilities

Design and develop Go-based microservices to connect to cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase and Kraken
Implement low-latency and resilient systems to receive market data, manage orders and execute trades
Design and maintain real-time data streaming pipelines using Kafka
Optimize performance The system in terms of latency, efficiency and scalability using concurrent capabilities (goroutine, channel and sync) in Go
Deployment and management of infrastructure on the AWS platform (including S3, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
Close collaboration with the DevOps team to create CI/CD and automatic monitoring
Cooperation with research and data teams to ensure the accuracy of data flow
Writing clean, modular and tested code in compliance with the best soft engineering principles Software

Requirements and skills

At least 3 years of professional work experience in development with the Go language (Golang)
Deep mastery of parallelism, concurrency and performance optimization in Go
Practical experience in working with cryptocurrency exchange APIs (REST and WebSocket)
Complete familiarity with AWS services (S3, ECS, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch and IAM)
Mastery of Kafka or Other distributed messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Redpanda
Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and modern DevOps processes
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
Strong understanding of data structure, network and systems architecture
High team spirit and the ability to mentor younger developers

It is an advantage if:

Working experience in trading systems, market making or arbitrage strategies be
familiar with Python or Rust languages for side parts or data processing
have knowledge in the field of column storage and data lakes (Parquet, Iceberg, Delta Lake)
experience in real-time data processing or stream processing systems
