ما در مجموعه‌ی پایون به‌دنبال جذب یک کارشناس سورسینگ مواد اولیه توانمند و بین‌المللی هستیم؛ فردی تحلیل‌گر و نتیجه‌محور که با تسلط بر بازارهای جهانی و فرآیندهای بازرگانی خارجی، نقش کلیدی در تأمین به‌موقع و باکیفیت مواد اولیه صنعت آرایشی و بهداشتی ایفا کند.
شرح مسئولیت‌ها:
جستجو، شناسایی و ارزیابی تأمین‌کنندگان خارجی مواد اولیه آرایشی–بهداشتی
دریافت و بررسی پروفرما و مستندات فنی شامل COA، MSDS، TDS و…
استعلام قیمت، مقایسه و مذاکره جهت بهینه‌سازی شرایط خرید
مدیریت فرآیند خرید از مذاکره تا تحویل نهایی (Purchase to Delivery)
همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای کنترل کیفیت، فرمولاسیون و زنجیره تأمین
هماهنگی با شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و ترخیص‌کاران
پایش بازار جهانی و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید سورسینگ
تهیه گزارش‌های تخصصی و تحلیلی برای مدیریت
شایستگی‌ها:
تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی در مکاتبات و مذاکرات بازرگانی
آشنایی با فرآیندهای خرید خارجی، Incoterms و اسناد حمل و ترخیص
توانمندی در مذاکره و تحلیل هزینه‌ها
مهارت در Excel و ابزارهای Office
دقت بالا، پیگیری مستمر و روحیه کار تیمی
شرایط احراز:
مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های بازرگانی، مدیریت، زبان، شیمی یا رشته‌های مرتبط
حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در بازرگانی خارجی یا سورسینگ مواد اولیه

payon is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Raw Material Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and securing high-quality raw materials for the cosmetics and personal care industry through global sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Search, identify, evaluate, and develop international suppliers of cosmetic raw materials
Receive and review proforma invoices and technical documents such as COA, MSDS, TDS, etc.
Conduct price inquiries, comparisons, and negotiations to optimize purchasing terms
Manage the full sourcing and purchasing cycle from negotiation to delivery (Purchase to Delivery)
Closely collaborate with Quality Control, Formulation, and Supply Chain teams for material approval
Coordinate with international forwarders and customs brokers for import planning
Monitor global market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
Prepare analytical and professional reports for management
Key Skills & Competencies:
Full professional proficiency in English for business correspondence and negotiations
Strong knowledge of international purchasing processes, Incoterms, shipping and customs documentation
Excellent negotiation and cost analysis skills
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
High attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, English, Chemistry, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international trade or raw material sourcing
(experience in cosmetics/personal care industry is a plus)
