شرکت روناک دارو به دنبال یک کارشناس برای مسئولیت‌های مرتبط با سفر در صنعت دارویی است. وظیفه اصلی این موقعیت برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت سفرهای کاری کارکنان و ارتباط با ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات مسافرتی است.
شرح شغل:
- هماهنگی و برنامه‌ریزی سفرهای کاری داخلی و خارجی برای کارکنان.
- رزرو بلیط‌های هواپیما، قطار، و سایر وسایل نقلیه.
- رزرو هتل و محل اقامت برای تیم‌ها.
- مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی رویدادهای شرکتی مرتبط با سفر.
- برقراری ارتباط مستمر با ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات مسافرتی و آژانس‌های گردشگری.
- بررسی و تایید صورت‌حساب‌های مرتبط با سفر و اقامت.
- تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از هزینه‌های سفر و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهبود.
شرایط احراز:
- دانش تخصصی در کار با نرم‌افزارهای اکسل و ورد.
- توانایی مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی کارها به صورت مؤثر.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباط قوی و مهارت‌های بین‌فردی.
- توجه به جزئیات و دقت در امور.
Ronak Daru is looking for an expert on travel -related responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry. This role is located in the Tehran office at the employee/expert level. The main task of this position is to plan and manage employees' work travel and communicate with travel services providers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Planning of Internal and Foreign Travel for employees
- Ticket Reservation Airlines, Trains, and Other Vehicles
- Hotel Reservation and Residence for Teams
- Manage and Planning Corporate Events Related to Travel
- Continuous Relationship with Travel Services & Tourism Agencies
BR>- Review and Confirmation of Travel and Residence Related Stills
- Preparing periodic reports of travel costs and offering suggestions to improve
Competences:
- Specialized knowledge in work with Excel and Word Software
- the ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pay attention to detail and accuracy in matters
