شرح شغل:

• تعامل و پیگیری درخواست مشتریان.
• کار با حداقل یک سیستم CRM.
• به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات مشتریان در سیستم.
• عقد قرارداد با مشتریان شخصی و شرکتی.
• رسیگی به شکایات مشتریان.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت در کار خود و کار به صورت تیمی.
• خلاق، مشتاق و صبور در یادگیری.
• روابط عمومی و اجتماعی قوی.
• محدودۀ سنی: 20 تا 30 سال.
• حداقل یک دوره مرتبط با فروش و بازاریابی یا CRM یا مارکتینگ گذرانده باشد.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.

Interaction and follow-up of customers' requests.
At least working with a CRM system.
Updating customer information in the system.
Contracting with personal and corporate customers.
Finding customer complaints.

Strong public and social relations.
