Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a content calendar for Instagram, Telegram, and other channels with clear targets and KPIs.
• Write captions, CTAs, copy for campaigns, brochures, and video scripts/storyboards.
• Brief and coordinate creative, design, motion, video teams, freelancers, and agencies for content production.
• Manage influencer and media partnerships, including collaboration campaigns and paid social ads.
• Develop and execute social growth tactics, including UGC, collaborations, and campaigns.
• Track content performance using Instagram Insights, Telegram analytics, and Matomo/GA4.
• Run A/B tests on hooks, captions, and visuals to optimize engagement.
• Maintain a content library and ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across all channels.
• Deliver assets to the admin team for timely publishing.
• Analyze performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing Instagram and Telegram content strategy.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative skills.
• Proven ability to grow social channels and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Insights, Telegram, Matomo/GA4) and KPI reporting.
• Experience working with influencers, content creators, and media pages.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
