Tech Product and Project Manager with a great English proficiency
Requirements:

Requirements:
1. Technical Leadership
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of full-stack solutions.
- Manage and lead other full stack developers (back-end and front-end)
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Lead technical problem-solving and debugging sessions.
- Should have experience of leading a tech team before
2. Project/ Product Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, lead projects and products and scope on Jira
- Break down complex projects into tasks, assigning them to team members.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Must have leadership experience managing clients or other developers
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between developers, designers, and business teams.
- Communicate technical constraints and possibilities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate on integrating third-party services and APIs.
4. Quality Assurance
- Ensure robust testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Use CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable deployments.
5. Key Tools and Technologies familiarity
- Front-End: React, nextjs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Back-End: Node.js, NestJs, Python (is a plus)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, socketIO
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Apache, CI/CD familiarity
- Collaboration: Jira, Trello, Slack, GitHub.
6. General:
- At least 6 years of industry experience. with 2/3 yrs of product/project management skills
- This position is fully remote from 11am-8pm
- Work together with the product owner to define technical tasks and their details
- LLM, Machine learning experience is a great plus
- Must be able to speak, write and read a good English with our foreign clients on a weekly basis
- Great communication skills, team-work experience and mind-set is required
