• مسلط به اصول مدیریت منابع انسانی و اجرای استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی.
• توانایی مدیریت موثر فرایندهای جذب نیرو و نگهداشت نیروی انسانی.
• توانایی تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی برای توسعه و رشد فردی کارکنان.
• مسلط به سیستم‌ها و مدل‌های ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان و توانایی مدیریت سیستم‌های مدیریت عملکرد.
• روحیه کاری تیمی بالا و توانایی رسیدگی به مسائل و مشکلات کارکنان و ایجاد روابط کاری و تیمی مثبت.
• مهارت قوی در برقراری ارتباط با کارکنان.
• توانایی کامل مدیریت تعارض کارکنان در سازمان.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مدیریتی در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین کار، بیمه و امور استخدامی.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مهارت کامل کار با مجموعه نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Office.
• حداکثر سن: 40 سال.
