شرح موقعیت شغلی:
ما به یک کارشناس محصول باانگیزه و دقیق نیاز داریم تا در فرآیند توسعه و بهبود محصولات شرکت، ارزیابی نمونهها، مستندسازی فنی و هماهنگی بینواحدی نقش کلیدی ایفا کند. این موقعیت مناسب فردی است که به حوزه محصولات بهداشتی Baby Care علاقهمند بوده و توانایی مدیریت همزمان چند پروژه را دارد.
مسئولیتها:
• مشارکت در توسعه و بهبود محصول
• بررسی رقبا و تحلیل بازار
• ارزیابی نمونهها (حسی، عملکردی، ثبات) و تهیه گزارش
• هماهنگی با واحدهای R&D، بستهبندی، QC و تأمین
• تهیه بریف های کامل در خصوص انجام و بهبود پروژه های برون سپاری شده.
• تهیه و تدوین گزارشهای مربوط به پیشرفت پروژه های توسعه محصول
• گردآوری، بررسی، ارزیابی داده ها و تحلیل داده های محصولات و رقبا در راستای بررسی وضعیت محصولات و تصمیم گیری در مورد ارتقاء و بهبود آنها.
• آمادهسازی و بروزرسانی مستندات فنی محصول
• پیگیری تسکهای محصول و گزارشدهی منظم
مهارت ها :
• آشنایی کامل با فرایندهای تولید، بستهبندی و فرمولاسیون محصولات ارایشی- بهداشتی
• مهارت ارتباط مؤثر با تیمهای داخلی و تامین کنندگان
• دقت بالا ،روحیه پیگیری، تحلیلگری، مسئولیتپذیری و نتیجهگرایی
• توانایی مدیریت چند وظیفه بهطور همزمان در شرایط متغیر بازار
• آشنایی اولیه با مفاهیم بازاریابی، رفتار مصرفکننده در صنعت FMCG
• تسلط کامل بر Excel و دیگر ابزارهای گزارشگیری
• آشنایی با ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه مثل MSP مزیت محسوب میشود.
شرایط احراز:
• حداقل کارشناسی: شیمی، مهندسی شیمی، صنایع غذایی، مهندسی صنایع یا رشتههای مرتبط
• آشنایی با فرایند های توسعه محصول و محصولات بهداشتی/آرایشی (مزیت)
• تسلط در Excel و دیگر ابزارهای گزارشگیری
مهارت های نرم افزاری:
Microsoft Excel (پیشرفته)
PowerPoint (پیشرفته)
Microsoft Project (متوسط)
Description of the job position
We need a motivated and meticulous product expert to play a key role in the company's product development and improvement process, sample evaluation, technical documentation and inter-unit coordination. This position is suitable for a person who is interested in the field of Baby Care health products and has the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
• Participation in product development and improvement
• Competitor review and market analysis
• Evaluation of samples (sensory, functional, stability) and preparation of reports
• Coordination with R&D, packaging, QC and supply units
• Preparation of complete briefs regarding the implementation and improvement of outsourced projects.
• Preparing and compiling reports on the progress of product development projects
• Collecting, reviewing, evaluating data and analyzing the data of products and competitors in order to examine the status of products and make decisions about their promotion and improvement.
• Preparing and updating product technical documentation
• Follow-up of product tasks and regular reporting
Skills:
• Complete familiarity with the production, packaging and formulation processes of cosmetic-sanitary products
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and suppliers
• High accuracy, spirit of follow-up, analysis, responsibility and results orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in changing market conditions
• Basic familiarity with marketing concepts, consumer behavior in the FMCG industry
• Complete mastery of Excel and other reporting tools
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MSP is an advantage.
Eligibility conditions
• Minimum Bachelor's degree: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Industry, Industrial Engineering or related fields
Familiarity with product development processes and health/cosmetic products (advantage)
• Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools

Microsoft Project (Intermediate)
