شرح شغل:

• محاسبه دقیق و به موقع حقوق و دستمزد کارکنان.
• مدیریت و بررسی سوابق مالی مرتبط با حقوق و دستمزد.
• اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و مقررات مالیاتی و بیمه‌ای مرتبط.
• تنظیم گزارش‌های مالی و ارائه به مدیریت و سایر بخش‌های مربوطه.
• همکاری با تیم حسابداری جهت بهبود فرآیندهای مالی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و سیستم‌های حقوق و دستمزد.
• توانایی کار با اعداد و ارقام و توجه به جزئیات.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی همکاری در تیم.

Pakshuma company is looking for a skilled payroll accountant in Tehran. This role has key responsibilities related to the calculation of employee salaries and is part of the company's accounting team in the manufacturing and process industry.

Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely calculation of salaries and wages. Employees
- Managing and reviewing financial records related to salaries and wages
- Ensuring compliance with related tax and insurance laws and regulations
- Preparing financial reports and presenting them to management and other relevant departments
- Cooperation with the accounting team to improve financial processes

Competencies:
- Degree in finance, accounting or banking
- Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems
- Ability Working with numbers and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
