وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• انجام تحقیقات بازار برای شناسایی امکانات فروش و ارزیابی نیازهای مشتری.
• جست‌وجوی فعالانه در زمینه فرصت‌های بهتر برای فروش از راه شبکه‌سازی در رسانه‌های اجتماعی و غیره.
• تشکیل جلسه با مشتریان بالقوه و گوش‌دادن به علایق و خواسته‌های آنان.
• بررسی داده‌ها و تهیه گزارشات مکرر در زمینه مالی و فروش.
• شرکت‌کردن در همایش‌ها و نمایشگاه‌ها به نمایندگی از طرف شرکت.
• مذاکره‌کردن با هدف معاملات سودمند و رسیدگی به شکایات و اعتراضات.
• همکاری با سایر اعضای تیم، به‌منظور دستیابی به نتایج بهتر.
• جمع‌آوری نظرات و بازخوردهای مشتریان و به‌اشتراک‌گذاشتن آنها با اعضای داخلی تیم.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فروش B2B.
• مسلط به مدیریت شبکه توزیع.
• آشنایی با دیجیتال مارکتینگ.
• توانایی ارائه گزارش فروش.
• داشتن 7 سابقه‌کار به‌عنوان کارشناس فروش.
• داشتن دانش نرم‌افزارهای آفیس.
• تجربه کار با CRM، مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• داشتن درک خوب از بازاریابی و فنون مذاکره.
• توانایی یادگیری سریع و علاقه‌مندبودن به کار فروش.
• باانگیزه‌بودن و برخورداری از رویکرد نتیجه‌محور در کار.
