قدرت تحلیل داده های تولیدی برای تشخیص و رفع گلوگاه ها
توانایی ارتباط موثر با واحد کنترل کیفیت ،فنی،برنامه ریزی و انبار
آشنایی با قوانین و استانداردهای تولید صنعتی در زمینه مرتبط با فعالیت شرکت
توانایی برنامه ریزی ،نظارت و ایجاد هماهنگی در فعالیت کارکنان
توانمندی در درخواست های مواد ،وسائل و لوازم مصرفی
تکمیل دقیق فرم های تولید،ضایعات،توقفات و کنترل فرایند،مدیریت شیفت های کاری اپراتورها و سرکارگران
گزارش گیری و گزارش دهی،تنظیم روزانه گزارش عملکرد سالن،میزان تولید،درصد ضایعات ،مصرف مواد و ارائه ان به مدیر کارخانه
کنترل کیفی اولیه بسته بندی (لیبل،وزن،تاریخ،شکل ظاهری)
درخواست اقلام مصرفی مورد نیاز (سلفون،چسب)از انبار با هماهنگی واحد برنامه ریزی
آشنا به تولیدات صنعت کیک و بیسکویت ،ویفر
