Responsible for designing, improving, and monitoring organizational processes to boost efficiency and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (such as ISO and industry standards). Key duties include standard process design, KPI measurement, auditing processes, managing compliance risks, and collaborating with various departments to implement compliance policies. The role requires in-depth knowledge of process management, quality standards, data analysis skills, and the ability to develop monitoring systems. Experience in customer service is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes and identify weaknesses to minimize waste of resources and time
- Implement continuous improvement frameworks (such as Lean, Six Sigma) and quality standards
- Perform internal audits and coordinate with regulatory bodies for external inspections
- Identify and assess operational, financial, and legal risks; develop and execute risk mitigation plans
- Document and map organizational processes comprehensively
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to write and update current and future processes
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinate with relevant teams, and obtain their approval
- Prioritize process documentation efforts based on business impact
- Prioritize and calculate KPIs to measure process effectiveness
- Prepare analytical compliance reports for senior management and recommend actionable improvements
