مسئولیت های کلیدی:

• مدیریت سیستم های فناوری اطلاعات: نظارت ، نظارت و حفظ تمام سیستم های فناوری اطلاعات ، اطمینان از عملکرد یکپارچه و حداقل خرابی. (سرورها ، دستگاه های فناوری اطلاعات ، UPSS) و نرم افزار (آنتی ویروس ، ابزارهای اداری) برای اطمینان از کارآیی.
• نگهداری شبکه: اطمینان از عملکرد و نگهداری مداوم کلیه سیستم های شبکه و خدمات فناوری اطلاعات.
• اجرای و مدیریت راه حل های پشتیبان قوی برای محافظت از داده های سازمانی. بازنشستگی.
• سیاست های امنیتی: توسعه ، پیاده سازی و اجرای سیاست های امنیتی مطابق با دستورالعمل های داخلی برای محافظت از زیرساخت های فناوری اطلاعات. بهترین شیوه های صنعت.
• مدیریت فروشنده: برای اطمینان از ارائه خدمات با کیفیت ، شناسایی ، ارزیابی و مدیریت روابط با تأمین کنندگان خدمات مجاز. از جمله سرورهای ویندوز.

Job Role:

We are a reputable pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced IT manager to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Systems Management: Oversee, monitor, and maintain all IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly to maintain productivity.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of hardware (servers, IT devices, UPSs) and software (antivirus, administrative tools) to ensure efficiency.
• Network Maintenance: Ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of all network systems and IT services.
• Backup Management: Implement and manage robust backup solutions to safeguard organizational data.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of hardware and software assets, from procurement to retirement.
• Security Policies: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies in line with internal guidelines to protect IT infrastructure.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT department’s budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Reporting: Deliver regular reports on IT metrics and project statuses to senior management.
• Policy Development: Formulate and implement IT policies that align with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with authorized service suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT management or similar roles.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of server and hardware management, including Windows servers.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Linux systems and web hosting solutions.
• Strong understanding of email systems and advanced backup solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems to ensure system integrity.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Language Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and verbal.
