-انعقاد و اجرای قراردادهای حمل‌ونقل
-جابجایی و مدیریت مواد
-بررسی اقلام دریافت‌شده و ارسال‌شده از نظر مطابقت با اسناد حمل (تعداد، نوع، و …)
-تعامل با نهادهای صدور گواهینامه، شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل و بیمه
-تعامل با گمرک و کارگزاران گمرکی، تهیه بسته‌های اسنادی
-اطمینان از تحویل کالا از حمل‌کنندگان به انبار
-ارسال و حمل تجهیزات از انبار به محل پروژه/کارگاه
-تهیه اسناد حمل برای شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل مرتبط با جابجایی کالا
-تهیه درخواست‌های پرداخت طبق قراردادهای منعقده، ارائه فاکتورها و سایر اسناد پرداختی از شرکت‌های حمل‌کننده جهت پذیرش

-تعیین نیاز به وسایل نقلیه برای حمل کالا مطابق با برنامه زمان‌بندی اجرای پروژه
-ارائه به‌موقع درخواست تخصیص وسایل نقلیه بر اساس زمان‌بندی
-تحلیل و ارزیابی پیمانکاران، بررسی قابلیت اطمینان و تحلیل ریسک
-بررسی شرایط نگهداری و حمل کالا
-هماهنگی عملیات لیفتینگ (باربرداری و جابجایی)
