شرح شغل:

• نقش کلیدی در موفقیت اجرایی پروژه‌ها از طریق نظارت بر تهیه مدارک تولید شده پیمانکاران و تطابق تجهیرات بر اساس نیازمندی‌های پروژه.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• تهیه و کنترل مدارک مکانیک (تجهیزات ثابت و دوار) پروژه بر اساس استانداردها و رویه‌های بین‌المللی، ملی و درون شرکت و پروژه.
• بررسی و کنترل مدارک مکانیک تولید شده توسط مشاور، پیمانکار و سازندگان تجهیزات.
• شرکت در جلسات با موضوع مرتبط و سایت پروژه و کارگاه سازندگان در مواقع لازم جهت نظارت بر نصب، ساخت، راه‌اندازی، بهره‌برداری و تعمیر و نگهداری.
• برقراری ارتباط و پاسخگویی به سایت پروژه و سایر بخش‌ها جهت تکمیل مدارک و رفع ابهامات.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط و تجربه در تهیه و بررسی مدارک مرتبط.
• تسلط و تجربه به‌کارگیری استانداردها و رویه‌های طراحی مورد نیاز و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
• آشنایی کافی با زبان انگلیسی و انجام کار گروهی.
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار در سمت‌های مشابه در زمینه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.

This person plays a key role in the successful implementation of projects by supervising the preparation of documents produced by contractors and the compliance of equipment based on project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and control mechanical documents (fixed and rotating equipment) of the project based on international, national, and internal company and project standards and procedures.
• Review and control mechanical documents produced by the consultant, contractor, and equipment manufacturers.
• Participate in meetings on related topics and at the project site and manufacturers' workshops when necessary to supervise installation, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
• Communicate and respond to the project site and other departments to complete documents and resolve ambiguities.

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing and reviewing relevant documents.
• Experience in applying required design standards and procedures and related software.
• Familiarity with English and teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least three years of work experience in similar positions in the oil, gas, and petrochemical fields.
