ما در گروه آرین سرمایه به دنبال جذب یک کارشناس پشتیبانی شبکه هستیم تا با تخصص خود در راه‌اندازی سرویس‌های شبکه همراهیمان کند.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• پشتیبانی کاربران جهت رفع ایرادهای کامپیوتری به عنوان کارشناس پشتیبان لایه دو.
• راه‌اندازی و رفع ایراد سیستم‌های کامپیوتر و تجهیزات جانبی و نرم‌افزارها.
• راه‌اندازی و رفع ایراد نرم‌افزارها و سیستم‌های عامل.
• رفع ایرادهای شبکه (پسیو و اکتیو)، اینترنت و ایمیل کاربران.
• راه‌اندازی و رفع ایراد سیستم‌های تلفنی.
• بررسی و رفع ایرادهای آنتی ویروس.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به سرویس‌های اکتیودایرکتوری مایکروسافت.
• مسلط به راه‌اندازی، نگهداری و مفاهیم شبکه.
• توانایی راه‌اندازی و نگهداری تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری شامل لپ‌تاپ، PC، پرینتر و اسکنر.
• مسلط به سیستم‌های تلفنی VoIP.
• مسلط به سیستم‌های امنیتی آنتی ویروس.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting users to solve computer problems as a second layer support expert

- Setting up and solving computer systems and peripheral equipment and software problems

- Setting up and solving software problems and Operating systems

- fix network problems (passive and active), internet and email users

- setting up and troubleshooting telephone systems

- checking and fixing antivirus problems

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory services

- Proficient in setting up, maintenance and network concepts

- Ability to set up and maintain hardware equipment including laptops, PCs, printers and Scanner

- proficient in VOIP phone systems

- proficient in antivirus security systems
