یک شرکت حمل و نقل خوب که در خلیج فارس فعالیت می کند و اقیانوس هند به دنبال استخدام مدیر عملیات برای دفتر ایران خود (مستقر در تهران) است. این نقش نیاز به سفر مکرر به امارات متحده عربی و هماهنگی نزدیک با شرکای منطقه ای و بین المللی دارد. چالش های عملیاتی و ارائه راه حل های مؤثر و به موقع.
• همکاری با ادارات تجاری و فنی برای تراز کردن عملیات با نیازهای مشتری.
• تهیه گزارش های عملکرد و عملیاتی برای مدیریت ارشد. صدور گواهینامه ، و پیروی از طبقه بندی و الزامات دولت پرچم.
الزامات و صلاحیت ها:
• حداقل 5 سال تجربه اثبات شده در عملیات دریایی ، شرکت های حمل و نقل یا تدارکات بین المللی. نرم افزار.
• مهارت های قوی رهبری و مدیریت تیم ؛ سازمان یافته ، با جزئیات محور و پاسخگو.
• آشنایی با مقررات بین المللی دریایی و تدارکات بین المللی.
• امکان تجزیه و تحلیل داده های عملیاتی و توصیه به پیشرفت های فرایند. یک مزیت.

About the Company:
A well-established shipping company operating in the Persian Gulf and Indian Ocean is seeking to hire an Operations Manager for its Iran office (based in Tehran). The role requires frequent business travel to the UAE and close coordination with regional and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and supervise all operational processes related to maritime logistics and shipping.
• Lead and manage operational teams and vessel crews to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate vessel deployment and scheduling to maximize fleet utilization.
• Resolve operational challenges and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical departments to align operations with client requirements.
• Prepare performance and operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maritime security regulations, and international shipping conventions.
• Manage communication and relationships with port authorities, agents, and regulatory bodies across multiple countries.
• Oversee vessel documentation, certification, and compliance with classification and flag state requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in maritime operations, shipping companies, or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export, transit processes, transport documentation, international contracts, and NVOCC operations.
• Experience handling bulk carriers and container vessels.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and shipping operation software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Familiarity with international maritime and logistics regulations.
• Ability to analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with proven experience in dealing with port authorities and international clients.
• Minimum age: 35 years.
• Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
• Previous experience in international shipping and logistics companies is considered an advantage.
