Job Conditions:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Business Management (MBA), Management Trends, Industrial and Organizational Psychological Engineering or other related (preferably postgraduate).
• Work experience: at least 15 years of relevant work experience. Required Competences:
• Strong Skills in Team Leadership and Management
• Mastery of Recruitment, Recruitment and Annacle Management
• Ability to design and implement human resource strategies and performance management
• Skills in data analysis and information -based decision -making
• Mastering and Managing Management Human (HRIS) and Related Software
• Mastery of Management Change and Improvement of Organizational Culture
• Experience in manufacturing industries and familiarity with human resource processes in industrial environments (is considered advantage).
Duties and responsibilities:
Design and implementation of human resource policies and strategies • Employees
• Monitoring payroll processes, benefits and service compensation
• Improving organizational culture and enhancing employee motivation and satisfaction
• Management and training of staff to improve job skills
• Cooperation with other departments to improve human resource processes
