About the Role:
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our commercial strategy and client success. This is a critical, high-leverage role focused on strategic consulting and planning. You will operate as the agency's primary expert, translating client and business goals into executable blueprints for our Operations team.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight, exceptional client communication, and a non-traditional working schedule built for global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Blueprint & Planning:
- Own the Marketing Ecosystem: Design and formalize comprehensive, cross-channel marketing strategies for Adicator, its clients, and sub-brands.
- Funnel Design: Plan the construction of automated sales funnels, email sequences, and landing page requirements, and create clear strategic briefs for the Operations team to execute.
- Market Expansion: Define and manage new lead generation channels (e.g., Bark, Fiverr, agency partnerships) and external acquisition strategies.
- Operational Supervision & Coordination:
- Critical Team Sync: Hold sessions with the Operations Manager, Social Media Specialist, and Graphic Designer to enforce strategic direction, track progress, and provide real-time guidance during their active workday.
- Workflow Management: Take ownership of project scheduling and hold progress sessions to ensure the Operations team remains aligned with strategic goals.
- Consulting & Revenue Generation:
- Client Strategy: Serve as the strategic expert during client sessions, consulting them on the most effective mix of Adicator services to maximize their ROI.
- Upselling: Proactively identify and recommend additional integrated services to clients based on strategic necessity.
- CEO Coverage: With training, gradually take over leading initial client discovery sessions for the CEO.
Schedule & Logistics (Non-Negotiable)
This role requires a dedicated shift designed to synchronize with our global team structure:
- Working Hours: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST (Vancouver Time)
- Local Time (Iran): This equates to approximately 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IRDT (depending on daylight saving adjustments).
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) is absolutely mandatory.
- Senior Experience (5+ Years): Proven ability to design and lead complex, cross-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Technical Stack Proficiency: Strong functional experience with Wix, WordPress, and Shopify (understanding design/dev workflows).
- Channel Expertise: Proven strategic understanding of SEO, Google Ads (PPC), and Email Marketing/Automation.
- Organizational Authority: Demonstrated experience in managing scheduling, workflow, and project accountability.
Growth Path & Opportunity:
This role is a cornerstone leadership position. Successful performance leads directly to Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, Head of Digital Strategy & Growth, and ultimately, a Director/VP of Growth position, overseeing the entire sales and client success organization.
