We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Senior People & Culture Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our employer brand, internal communications, employee experience, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager and Marketing team to implement compelling employer branding campaigns that reflect Alibaba Travels’ values and culture.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media (Alibaba Stories, LinkenIn), career pages, and job portals, to attract top talent.
• Event Management: Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and webinars to promote Alibaba Travels as an employer of choice.
Internal Communications
• Strategy Execution: Implement internal communication plans that effectively disseminate organizational initiatives and updates to employees.
• Content Management: Develop and manage content for internal channels such as newsletters, Employee app, and email communications to ensure consistent messaging.
• Feedback Mechanisms: Establish channels for employee feedback and work with relevant departments to address concerns and suggestions.
Employee Experience and Organizational Culture
• Program Implementation: Execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience within the company.
• Event Coordination: Organize and oversee company-wide events and team-building activities that promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Culture Advocacy: Support the reinforcement of Alibaba Travels’ core values and culture through various programs and communications.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to employee engagement and program effectiveness to inform future initiatives.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the People & Culture Manager on the outcomes of employer branding and internal communication efforts.
• Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance People & Culture strategies.
Requirments
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in roles related to People & Culture, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement.
• Skills:
• Execution-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to implement projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Persian; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Event Management: Proven experience in planning and executing successful corporate events and initiatives.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various departments and levels of the organization.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
