Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels to drive growth and achieve campaign objectives and targets.
- Define and implement campaign strategies based on business objectives, market insights, and historical performance data to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and other business functions.
- Proactively test and optimize new channels to improve performance and ensure measurable results.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams involved in defining and executing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Help reduce marketing budget spending by improving conversion rates and optimizing campaign effectiveness, ultimately lowering costs for other marketing functions.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and ensuring alignment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking to derive insights from campaign data.
- Ability to drive synergy and alignment within the organization.
- Expertise in campaign management, with a focus on planning, execution, monitoring and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and campaign performance analytics.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- A/B testing and campaign optimization experience.
