DigiExpress is seeking a Senior Customer Acquisition Specialist to fuel our growth engine across Instagram shops, SMBs, e-Bazar stores, and plugin-based online shops. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer network, driving revenue, and strengthening our competitive footprint in the fast-moving e-commerce and social commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target high-value Customers across Instagram, social commerce platforms, SMBs, and e-Bazar stores
• Qualify, segment, and prioritize leads based on business potential and scalability
• Conduct introduction and needs-assessment calls to evaluate sales volume and business model
• Manage the full onboarding and activation process to ensure First Shipment within defined timelines
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to resolve onboarding and operational bottlenecks
• Analyze customer behavior and provide data-backed insights to improve conversion and activation success
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to refine acquisition strategies
• Deliver structured market feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation capabilities
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce, SMB, and social commerce ecosystem
• Data analysis proficiency and metrics-driven decision-making
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management, target orientation, and a self-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and market research
Education & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Acquisition, Market Expansion, or B2B Sales
• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, MBA, or a related field
