Senior Product Designer

About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our digital products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex problems into elegant, intuitive, and scalable design solutions. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on designer who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives — from discovery, ideation, and prototyping to user testing and final delivery.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that communicate design intent clearly.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and executives.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Design and implement optimum prototype according to the approved BP. 

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Experience working within agile product development teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
• Background in user research or service design.
• Previous experience designing SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce products.
