Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain backend services using Laravel and modern PHP
● Work with Laravel Nova to build internal tools and admin dashboards
● Follow best practices for coding, architecture, and security
● Use AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and TaskManager to improve development speed
● Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to ship features quickly
● Review code, mentor junior developers, and maintain clean documentation
● Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance and stability

Requirements

● 5+ years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel
● Hands-on experience with Laravel Nova or similar tools
● Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
● Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools and modern workflows
● Solid grasp of version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
● Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
● Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
● Strong written and spoken English skills, as clear communication is essential for team collaboration and documentation

Preferred Skills

● Experience with DevOps or infrastructure management (Docker, CI/CD, AWS)
● Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
● Knowledge of caching, queuing, and performance optimization
● Familiarity with database management and query optimization
