Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
- Provide clear, regular updates on the progress for each client.
- Creating Documents, lists, and relevant content.
- Answer client questions with accuracy and patience, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track milestones, gather necessary documents, and follow up on pending items.
- Maintain accurate client records, update status trackers, and ensure no details are missed.
- Help create or improve internal documentation, FAQs, and templates for better client experience.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English is mandatory (spoken and written) – part of the interview will be conducted in English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- A proactive communicator with a professional and friendly tone
Optional:
- Previous experience in account management, client relations, or customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Trello
