Senior Product Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, data-oriented, and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of one of our innovative digital financial products.
This full-time position, based in Karaj, is ideal for professionals passionate about the FinTech industry who thrive in agile, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
•    Develop, manage, and update the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and market dynamics
•    Gather, analyze, and translate user and stakeholder feedback into actionable product insights
•    Create and maintain clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and define new features and functional requirements
•    Prioritize product initiatives based on user needs, market data, and strategic objectives
•    Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design (UI/UX), and QA teams to ensure effective delivery and successful launches
•    Define and track key success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
•    Provide data-driven recommendations and participate in high-impact product decisions
Required Qualifications and Skills
•    4+ years of proven experience in product management or similar senior-level roles
•    Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven ability to lead the full product lifecycle in agile environments
•    Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence/Notion, Google Analytics, and Figma
•    Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze user and market data for informed decision-making
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
•    Proven ability to organize product backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver structured progress reports
•    Familiarity with the FinTech and digital financial services industry (experience in financial technology projects is a plus)
