Roles & Responsibilities:To ensure that sites are built in compliance with the defined Quality Metrics and Standards, TQM policies, telecom industry regulations, and approved project specifications.To ensure that the acceptance steps and certificates are signed on successful commissioning of radio equipment.To attend concrete pouring step of site build and ensure all the specifications related to civil engineering in various terms are met according to predefined standards, also provide related reportTo ensure that sites are implemented and accepted according to TQM acceptance procedures and company criteria and policies.To ensure that Radio and MW Equipment are installed and commissioned per company’s agreed-upon standard.To ensure Fixed Line links and other transmission paths are accepted according to the agreed upon performance standards and quality.To ensure that all special conditions and landowner requirements adhered to company standards.To ensure subcontractors perform according to laid down specifications.To ensure that Financial Acceptance takes place only once the specifications are met.To ensure generator deployment and installation for critical sites and remote BSCs are in place.To ensure correct termination of transmission at the uplink node.To ensure proper co-ordination with all parties for successful integration of new site into the existing network.To ensure sites get handed over to Maintenance as per agreed upon guidelines.To ensure that all special Radio equipment gets installed, e.g., cell-enhancers and mobile BTSs.To conduct regular on-site and remote inspections, workmanship, safety measures, and environmental controls, documenting findings in detailed inspection reports.To serve as the TQM representative during on-site and remote activities, providing quality-risk assessments, feedback on supplier and contractor performance, and recommendations for corrective actions.To facilitate and perform root-cause analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) for repeated quality issues and drive implementation of preventive measures.To verify that all corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are effectively implemented and sustained across all project and maintenance sites.To compile and present monthly quality dashboards and KPI reports to TQM leadership and other stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.To ensure all inspection records, certificates, and documentation are accurately maintained in the document management system and readily available for internal or regulatory audits.To stay current on emerging telecom technologies, TQM methodologies, and regulatory changes, integrating relevant updates into site-quality processes.To ensure that information on the regional site status sheet regarding new site build and upgrades is correct and up to date.To update the database of assigned region with daily feedback from all required parties.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management / Information Technology) or relatedWorking at height certificate.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Radio and Transmission field (GSM experience preferred); with experience in supervising othersExperience working in a medium organizationExperienced in managing civil, electrical, Radio Frequency, Fiber, Transmission, Telecommunications ImplementationPrior experience in tower climbing and its certificate
