• PI مناسب (فاکتور Proforma) را با هماهنگی با تأمین کنندگان تهیه کنید. معاملات و فعالیتهای مرتبط با آنها به دنبال اهداف ، سیاست ها و رویه ها.
• پیگیری و پیگیری NSO و AEO آخرین سیاست ها و مدیریت اطلاع رسانی در مورد آخرین رویه ها یا اجرای قانون قانون آداب و رسوم ایران و مقررات مربوط به واردات یا هرگونه قانون مؤثر در روند واردات. سایت NTSW و پیروی از تشریفات شرکت را دنبال کنید. فعالیت های بانکی
• با مدیر لجستیک به منظور پیاده سازی و اجرای IML ، حمل و نقل و فرآیندهای CC و مدارک مرتبط با آن در حد امکان کار کنید
• پیگیری و پیگیری اعلامیه کالا ، کد SATA ، پرداخت وظیفه ، ارزیابی های رسم CRA و مجوز برای اطمینان از بهره وری از واردات و فرآیندها با نیازهای تجاری هماهنگ می شوند.
• ارائه گزارش های لازم در مورد معیارهای عملکرد مدیریت لجستیک ، از جمله فروشندگان SLA ، عملکرد عامل ، میزان موفقیت فرآیند

الزامات

. مهارت های ارتباطی و هماهنگی قوی و سازگاری قوی یادگیری داشته باشید.
. دانش کلی در مورد فرآیندهای و دانش زنجیره تأمین PMP/تأمین کنید.
. مهارت های اساسی پردازش داده ها را داشته باشید.
. مهارت های کافی انگلیسی.
. اولویت با نامزدهایی است که در صنعت ارتباطات از راه دور تجربه دارند و با فرآیند ترخیص سفارشی CRA آشنا هستند.

•Prepare proper PI (Proforma Invoice) under company name by coordinating with the suppliers.
•Coordinate all IMLs of related PIs with the technical specifications, ordering process, legislative payments (including IML charges, customs clearance payments,etc.)
•Ensure compliance of import processes with applicable regulations such as the latest Iran Customs Law.
•Implement all custom clearance activities such as following upcoming Shipment, documents transactions and related activities following the objectives, policies and procedures.
•Track and follow up NSO and AEO latest Policies and inform Management on latest procedures or law enforcement of Iran Customs Law and Import regulations or any effective legislation on the importation process.
•Achieve MIMT order registration and Currency allocation permissions according to company requirements.
•Work closely with finance team to fulfill currency allocation by CBI and NTSW Site and follow company buying formalities.
•Track and follow up dispatching of the goods, entrance customs (Port, Airport, land) and the transportation of the goods from port / Airport/ Land to company warehouse.
•Collaborate with agents and related departments in order to sourcing the best and minimum delivery of time and determine proper HS code regarding inbound deliveries.
•being familiar with full set of shipping document for customs clearance and banking activities.
•Work with Logistic manager in order to implement and execute IML, shipping and CC processes and related paperwork as closely as possible
•Track and follow up the declaration of the goods, SATA code, Duty Payments, CRA customs assessments and permission to ensure that the efficiency of importation and processes are aligned with business requirements.
•Provide required reports on Logistic management performance metrics, including vendors SLAs, Agent's performance, process success rate

Requirements

. Have strong communication and coordination skills, and strong learning adaptability.
. Have general knowledge of PMP/Supply chain processes and knowledge.
. Have basic data processing skills.
. Adequate English skills.
. Priority is with the candidates that have experience in Telecom industry and being familiar with CRA custom clearance process.
