You will be a key member of an agile development team, responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for our innovative construction management platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and customers, you will translate business needs and user feedback into actionable requirements, ensuring that our platform continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the complex needs of construction professionals.
More specifically, you will:

•  Lead the development of product features in coordination with developers, business stakeholders aligning them with market demands, competition, and company strategy.
•  Own and prioritize the product backlog: Define and manage Epics, high-level user stories, and sprints to ensure development teams deliver high-value features that align with the overall product vision.
•  Work closely with stakeholders and the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to evaluate Figma designs for optimal user experience.
•  Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, aligning product development with business goals and customer needs, and ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
•  Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, track progress, and maintain documentation of product backlogs, Epics, user stories, and roadmaps. Ensure all relevant data is easily accessible and up to date.
•  Evaluate and contribute to UX design discussions by working closely with designers, providing input on Figma prototypes to ensure a seamless, user-centric experience across the platform.
•  Foster an Agile working environment, encouraging collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
•  Manage stakeholder expectations regularly, providing updates on product progress, roadmap, and performance metrics.
•  Make data-driven decisions for backlog prioritization, ensuring that key product objectives are aligned with market trends and customer feedback.
•  Approve final release plans and ensure all deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria.
•  Monitor product KPIs and metrics, including user engagement, feature adoption, and platform performance to make informed decisions about future product developments.
•  Define and track Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs for the product, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
•  Champion customer-centricity by continuously gathering and analyzing customer feedback, driving improvements, and shaping the future direction of the platform.
• Who you are
  
  
•  BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a strong combination of technical understanding and business acumen.
•  Experience in the construction technology industry or related fields is an additional advantage.
•  Proven track record of delivering complex digital products from conception through to launch, ideally with a focus on SaaS or construction-related platforms.
•  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Agile development teams.
•  Experience with creating and managing product roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives and customer feedback.
•  Proficiency in writing high-level user stories and breaking them down into actionable tasks for development teams.
•  Familiarity with evaluating UX/UI designs in tools like Figma to ensure the best user experience.
•  Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, progress tracking, and documentation.
•  Familiarity with software development processes and systems architecture, enabling you to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
•  Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with internal and external business partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
•  Customer-centric mindset, with experience in gathering and acting on customer feedback to drive product improvements.
•  Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet project deadlines.
