Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, we need a proactive and creative person that looks at the customer journey, analyze and build insightful reports and explains findings to different stakeholders. You will leverage data and rigorous, analytical thinking to shape the company's product and business decisions. You will identify and scope opportunities, shape priorities, recommend solutions, design experiments, and measure impact. You will bring a quantitative mindset to decision-making in partnership with product, business, and operations stakeholders throughout the organization. You will work closely with many teams of the company to improve their products and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Test & document analytical processes and experiments, communicate results, and make launch decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering team to deploy analytical requirements in production, and systematically track and optimize its performance.
• Design and execute data analysis plans aligned with business goals.
• Create visualizations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in GA4 and Google tag manager
• Knowledge of A/B Testing
• Familiar with SQL & BigQuery
• Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for improving conversion rates
• Knowledge of statistical analysis
