شرح شغل:

• ارائه پشتیبانی فنی به کاربران در خصوص پلتفرم شرکت.
• نصب و راه‌اندازی و پیکربندی سیستم‌های داخلی شرکت.
• پشتیبانی از دستگاه‌های تولیدی شرکت.
• کار با تیم‌های داخلی برای حل مسائل.
• تهیه گزارش و ثبت مشکلات فنی و پیگیری تا رفع کامل.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با سیستم‌عامل ویندوز و مفاهیم پشتیبانی شبکه.
• آشنایی مقدماتی با سیستم‌های Help Desk.
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط موثر با دیگر اعضای تیم.
• آمادگی برای انجام سفرهای ماموریتی در صورت نیاز.

Responsibilities:
