• توانایی حل مسئله.
• مهارت استفاده از محاسبات پیچیده ریاضی در کار.
• توانایی در مدیریت پایگاه داده‌های مالی.
• مهارت کار با ابزارها و نرم‌افزارهای مالی تخصصی.
• توانایی تصمیم‌گیری مالی.
• توانایی ارائه راهکارهای منطقی برای سرمایه‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی‌های مالی.
• توانایی شناسایی سریع و ارائه راهکار برای مشکلات.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط با واحدهای دیگر مالی، منابع انسانی، بازرگانی و غیره.
• توانایی انجام چندین کار به طور همزمان و اولویت‌بندی فعالیت‌ها.
• درک بالایی از الگوهای مالی شرکت و الگوهای کلی بازار.
• آشنایی با نرم‌­افزارهای مالی و استفاده مؤثر از آن‌ها.
• مهارت­ بالا در تفسیر، برقراری ارتباط و سخنرانی.
• دانش کاری درباره تمامی قوانین و مقررات حقوقی.

Ability to manage financial databases.

Ability to make financial decisions.
Ability to provide logical solutions for investments and financial planning.
Ability to quickly identify and provide solutions to problems.
Ability to communicate with other financial, human resources, commercial, etc. units.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities.
A high understanding of the company's financial patterns and overall market patterns.
Familiarity with financial software and its effective use.
High skill in interpreting, communicating, and presenting.
Working knowledge of all legal laws and regulations.
