پشتیبانی و برطرف کردن مشکلات شبکه مبتنی بر Cisco:

- بررسی مداوم لاگ ها و نرم افزارهای مانیتورینگ برای حل مشکلات قبل از وقوع خرابی

- ارتقاء و یا به روزرسانی تمامی IOSها و Firmwareها

- بررسی و انجام تنظیمات تجهیزات زیرساختی مانند Router، Switch و Firewall

- توانایی پشتیبانی از تجهیزات زیرساختی شبکه

- اجرا، پشتیبانی و راهبری شبکه های WAN

دانش تخصصی و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز :

- تسلط به تجهیزات زیرساختی مانند Router، Switch و Firewall

- آشنایی کافی با تجهیزات سیسکو

- آشنایی کافی با مفاهیم کلی زیرساخت شبکه های LAN و WAN

- تسلط کافی به ارتقا و بروزرسانی IOSها و Firmwareها

- توانایی حل مسئله و T-Shoot

توانایی انجام کار گروهی در تیم های تخصصی

ساعات کار: شنبه تا چهارشنبه 8 تا 17

Support and resolve network problems based on Cisco:
- Continuous review of logs and monitoring software to solve problems before failure occurs
- Upgrade or update all IOS and Firmware
- Check and perform settings of infrastructure equipment such as Router, Switch and Firewall
- Ability to support network infrastructure equipment
- Implementation, support and management of networks WAN



Specialized knowledge and required skills:
- Mastery of infrastructure equipment such as Router, Switch and Firewall
- Sufficient familiarity with Cisco equipment
- Sufficient familiarity with the general concepts of LAN and WAN network infrastructure
- Sufficient mastery of upgrading and updating IOS and Firmware
- Ability to solve problems and T-Shoot

Ability to do group work in specialized teams
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm
