وظایف و مسئولیت ها

مدیریت و نظارت بر کلیه عملیات انبار شامل دریافت، ذخیره‌سازی و ارسال کالا
هدایت و مدیریت تیم انبار شامل سوپروایزرها و کارکنان انبار
کنترل دقیق موجودی‌ها و ثبت اطلاعات در سیستم‌های انبارداری
همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای خرید و لجستیک جهت تأمین به‌موقع کالاها به ویژه تیم مارکتینگ و برندینگ
طراحی و اجرای فرآیندهای استاندارد برای بهبود کارایی و کاهش خطا
ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت موجودی و عملکرد انبار به مدیریت ارشد
نظارت بر رعایت اصول ایمنی، بهداشت و استانداردهای کیفی در انبار


شایستگی های تخصصی و رفتاری

مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت، زنجیره تأمین، لجستیک یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
حداقل 5 تا 8 سال تجربه کاری در حوزه انبارداری یا لجستیک (حداقل 3 سال در سطح مدیریتی).
تسلط بر مفاهیم اولیه کنترل موجودی و فرمها، شمارش و طبقه بندی کالا
تسلط بر سیستم ها و روش های انبارداری
تسلط و آشنایی با کدینگ کالا در انبار
مهارت‌های رهبری و توانایی مدیریت تیم
دقت بالا، توانایی تصمیم‌گیری سریع و حل مسئله

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing and supervising all warehouse operations including receiving, storing and sending goods
Leading and managing the warehouse team including supervisors and warehouse employees
Exactly controlling inventories and recording information in the warehouse systems
Working closely with purchasing and logistics units to provide goods on time, especially the marketing and branding team
Designing and implementing standard processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Providing periodic reports of Inventory status and performance of the warehouse to senior management
Monitor compliance with the principles of safety, health and quality standards in the warehouse


Specialized and behavioral competencies

Bachelor's degree in management, supply chain, logistics or related fields.
At least 5 to 8 years of work experience in the field of warehousing or logistics (at least 3 years at the managerial level).
Mastering the basic concepts of inventory control and forms, counting and classification Goods
mastery of storage systems and methods
mastery and familiarity with the coding of goods in the warehouse
leadership skills and team management ability
high accuracy, ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
