شرح وظایف:

• نظارت بر وضعیت بازار و انجام تحلیل‌های جامع از روندها، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات.
• شناسایی الگوهای رفتاری و تاثیرات متغیرهای اقتصادی بر بازار.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های تجاری و بازاریابی بر اساس تحلیل‌های بازار.
• تعیین اهداف تجاری و برنامه‌های عملیاتی برای دستیابی به آن‌ها.
• ارزیابی فعالیت‌های رقبا و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف آن‌ها.
• تهیه گزارشات درباره عملکرد رقبا و تاثیر آن بر بازار.
• تهیه گزارشات دوره‌ای درباره وضعیت بازار و ارائه پیش‌بینی‌های دقیق به مدیریت.
• تحلیل داده‌های بازار و ارائه توصیه‌های استراتژیک بر اساس نتایج.
• مدیریت تیم تحلیلگران بازار و تعیین وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها.
• آموزش و توسعه مهارت‌های اعضای تیم.
• شناسایی ریسک‌های مرتبط با بازار و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب برای مدیریت ایشان.
• ارزیابی تاثیر عوامل اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی بر بازار.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های بازار و استفاده از ابزارهای تحلیلی و نرم‌افزارهای مربوطه.
• دانش کافی از روندهای اقتصادی، مالی و بازارهای صنعتی.
• توانایی رهبری تیم در حوزه تحلیل بازار.
• توانایی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و استخراج الگوهای بازار و درک فناوری‌های مرتبط و تاثیر آن‌ها بر بازار.
• توانایی طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های معاملاتی مبتنی بر تحلیل‌های بازار.
• توانایی هدایت تیم‌ها و برقراری ارتباطات موثر با ذی‌نفعان.
• شناخت قوانین و مقررات مالی و ارتباطی در حوزه رمزارزها.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارها و ابزارهای تحلیل بازار مانند Bloomberg و TradingView.
