کارشناس توسعه کسب وکار | Business Development Expert

شرح وظایف:

• تدوین مستندات مرتبط با فرایندهای نرم‌افزار.
• طراحی مدل کسب‌وکار و راهکار کسب‌‌وکاری.
• تهیه BP و Pitch Deck متناسب با نیاز سازمان.
• همکاری در شناسایی و بازبینی فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار.
• ارائه ایده‌های خلاق و راهکارهای موثر جهت توسعه کسب‌وکار.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی تدوین مستندات مربوط به فرایندهای مشتری و تامین و آموزش و فروش.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت زمان، اجرا و نظارت بر اجرای برنامه‌ها.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای راه‌اندازی و استارت‌آپ.
• آشنایی با فرایندهای کسب‌وکار آنلاین جهت توسعه فرآیندهای نرم‌افزار.
• آشنایی با پایش و تحلیل داده‌های کسب‌وکار و آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مربوطه از جمله Power BI.
• آشنایی با ارائه ایده‌های خلاق و راهکارهای موثر.

شرایط الزامی:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت صنعتی.
• درک بالایی از مفاهیم استراتژیک به همراه تجربه عملی بالا.
• سابقه فعالیت در توسعه کسب‌وکار.
• آشنایی با مدل‌سازی BPMN.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های کسب‌وکار.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم کسب‌وکار آنلاین.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای سیستم مدیریت.

Duties: Compiling documentation related to software processes. Designing a business model and business solution. Preparation of BP and Pitch Deck according to the needs of the organization. Cooperation in identifying and reviewing business processes. Providing creative ideas and effective solutions for Business development.
Certification conditions:
Ability to compile strategy documentation, business development goals and plans. Ability to compile and document activities and trainings. Planning ability, time management, Implementing and supervising the implementation of programs. Familiarity with the processes of starting and developing a business. Familiarity with online business processes for the development of software processes. Proficient in English. Knowledge of German (is an advantage). High social intelligence. Competent, disciplined. and agile, creative and innovative, critical thinking ability, teamwork ability, learner, ability to understand the problem and provide a solution, patient and flexible, committed and responsible, communication skills Strong. Mandatory requirements: At least three years of work experience in a related job position. Degree in industrial engineering or industrial management. High understanding of strategic concepts along with high practical experience. Work experience in the role of Business Development. Familiarity with BPMN modeling. Familiarity with business models. Familiarity with online business concepts. Familiarity with management system standards.
