کارشناس صادرات | Export Expert

شرح وظایف:
1. دریافت سفارشات صادراتی و صدور پیش فاکتورها
2. ارسال گزارشات صادراتی برای مشتریان
3. هماهنگی با واحد تولید و برنامه ریزی جهت تولید مطابق با تقاضای صادرات
4. پیگیری امور مربوطه به جوازهای صادراتی
5. صدور اسناد حمل و هماهنگی حمل جهت انجام امور گمرک و بارگیری
6. صدور گواهی مبدا محصولات جهت ترخیص محصول

مهارت های مورد نیاز:
1. آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات صادرات و گمرکی
2. مسلط به زبان انگلیسی - (تسلط به زبان عربی امتیاز محسوب می شود.)
3. مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره
4. آشنایی با مباحث تجارت الکترونیک
5. آشنایی با اصطلاحات بین المللی بازرگانی – اینکوترمز
6. آشنایی با حقوق بازرگانی و تجارت بین الملل
7. آشنایی با مکاتبات تجاری به زبان انگلیسی نظیر ارسال ایمیل و سایر مکاتبات برون سازمانی
8. آشنایی با همکاران سیستم و اتوماسیون اداری چارگون
9. آشنایی با فرآیند صادرات کالا از مرزهای دریایی و زمینی
10. آشنایی با نرم افزارهای Excel وOutlook, Prezi, Facebook, Instagram
11. آشنایی به استفاده از هوش مصنوعی و جستجو در فضای مجازی جهت تهیه گزارشات کاربردی و فنی
12. دارای دانش و علاقه ذاتی به آنالیز داده ها، پیگیری اخبار، تحولات تجاری و تغییرات منطقه ای

Description of duties:
1. Receiving export orders and issuing proforma invoices
2. Sending export reports to customers
3. Coordination with the production unit and planning for production according to export demand
4. Follow up on matters related to export licenses
5. Issuing shipping documents and shipping coordination for customs and loading duties
6. Issuance of product origin certificate for product clearance

Required skills:
1. Familiarity with export and customs laws and regulations
2. Proficient in English - (Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.)
3. Master the principles and techniques of negotiation
4. Familiarity with electronic commerce topics
5. Familiarity with international trade terms - Incoterms
6. Familiarity with commercial law and international trade
7. Familiarity with business correspondence in English such as email and other external correspondence
8. Acquaintance with colleagues of Chargoon system and office automation
9. Familiarity with the process of exporting goods from sea and land borders
10. Familiarity with Excel and Outlook software, Prezi, Facebook, Instagram
11. Familiarity with the use of artificial intelligence and searching in virtual space to prepare practical and technical reports
12. Inherent knowledge and interest in data analysis, following news, business developments and regional changes
