We are seeking a proactive, creative, and strategic full-time Social Media & Branding Manager to build, manage, and grow both brands’ online presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and social media strategies for both the architectural practice and the AI app.
- Create visually engaging and original content using 3D renders, project photos, and AI-generated visuals.
- Manage and grow the following platforms:
- Core: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X (Twitter)
- Complementary: Threads, Behance, Houzz, Medium, Product Hunt, Reddit, and Vimeo
- Write clear, engaging, and professional captions in immaculate English.
- Plan and manage targeted paid ad campaigns across social platforms.
- Track analytics, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and enquiries.
- Collaborate with directors to maintain consistent branding and tone of voice.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing social media for architecture, design, or tech brands.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy.
- Skilled in graphic and video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities with perfect English grammar.
- Experience creating and analysing paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
- Highly independent, organised, and creative with strong attention to detail.
Bonus Skills
- Background or interest in architecture, design, or property development.
- Knowledge of SEO and web content optimisation.
Experience with email marketing (Substack, Mailchimp) and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
