شرکتی زیر مجمعه هلدینگ صنعتی به دنبال یک کارشناس ارشد با تجربیات قوی در زمینه حسابداری و مدیریت مالی برای موقعیت Financial Supervisor در تهران است. این نقش شامل هدایت و راهبری تیم مالی، نظارت بر روندها و فرآیندهای مالی و همچنین تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی مالی می‌باشد.
مسئولیت ها:
- مدیریت و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های روزانه تیم مالی و حسابداری
- تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق و به‌موقع
- همکاری با مدیران مختلف برای بهبود فرآیندها و کارایی مالی
- کنترل و نظارت بر بها تمام شده صنعتی و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود
- ارائه راهنمایی و مشاوره به تیم برای حل مسائل مالی و حسابداری
شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک دانشگاهی در مالی، حسابداری یا بانکداری
- تجربه کاری قوی در زمینه حسابداری و مالی
- آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزار راهکاران و سایر نرم‌افزارهای مالی مرتبط
- توانایی هدایت و راهبری تیم زیرمجموعه
- مهارت‌های عالی ارتباطی و تحلیل مسائل

A company under the Industrial Holding group is looking for a senior expert with strong experience in accounting and financial management for the position of Financial Supervisor in Tehran. This role includes leading the financial team, monitoring financial trends and processes, as well as financial analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the daily activities of the financial and accounting team
- Analyzing financial data and providing accurate and timely reports
- Working with various managers to improve financial processes and efficiency
- Controlling and monitoring industrial costs and providing improvement solutions
- Providing guidance and advice to the team to solve financial issues and Accounting
Qualifications:
- Having a university degree in finance, accounting or banking
- Strong work experience in the field of accounting and finance
- Thorough familiarity with solutions software and other related financial software
- Ability to guide and manage the subgroup team
- Excellent communication and problem analysis skills
