رئیس حسابداری | Head of Accounting

یک شرکت معتبر بازرگانی فعال در حوزه واردات و فروش مواد اولیه دارویی، به منظور توسعه تیم مالی و ارتقاء سطح کنترل‌های مالی و گزارش‌دهی، از واجدین شرایط برای موقعیت شغلی رئیس حسابداری دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

شرح موقعیت شغلی:
- مدیریت تیم حسابداری و نظارت بر کلیه فرآیندهای مالی و حسابداری
- تهیه و تنظیم صورت‌های مالی دوره‌ای بر اساس استانداردهای حسابداری ایران
- کنترل و بررسی اسناد مالی، دفاتر قانونی و اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی
- تعامل موثر با حسابرسان داخلی و مستقل، اداره مالیات، تأمین اجتماعی و سایر نهادهای ذی‌ربط
- طراحی و پیاده‌سازی کنترل‌های داخلی و ارتقاء سیستم‌های مالی موجود
- نظارت بر فرایندهای حسابداری هزینه، حساب‌های دریافتنی و پرداختنی، انبار و خزانه

شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط (مدرک کارشناسی ارشد مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط، تجربه در شرکت‌های بازرگانی یا دارویی مزیت حساب می‌شود.
- تسلط کامل بر قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و استانداردهای حسابداری
- آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری (آشنایی با نرم‌افزار راهکاران یا سپیدار امتیاز محسوب می‌شود)
- توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی مالی برای مدیریت ارشد
- دقت، نظم، مسئولیت‌پذیری و توانایی رهبری تیم

A reputable business company active in the field of import and sale of pharmaceutical raw materials invites eligible to cooperate the job position of the Chief of Accounting to develop the financial team and promote the level of financial control and reporting.

Career Position Description:
- Managing the accounting team and monitoring all financial and accounting processes
- Providing and setting periodic financial statements based on Iranian accounting standards
- Controlling and reviewing financial documents, legal offices and tax return
- Effective interaction with internal and independent auditors, tax administration, social security and other relevant institutions
- Designing and implementing internal controls and upgrading existing financial systems
- Supervision of cost accounting processes, accounts receivable and paid, warehouse and treasury

Conditions:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Related Disciplines (Master's Degree is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, experience in commercial or pharmaceutical companies is the advantage.
- Full mastery of tax laws, insurance and accounting standards
- Introduction to Financial and Accounting Software (Introduction to Software Software or Sepidar Software)
- Ability to prepare financial analytical reports for senior management
