Power BI Developer

1) Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models using advanced DAX and Power Query (M).
2) Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data visualization, KPIs, and interactive analytical experiences.  
3) Architect and optimize scalable Power BI data models, ensuring alignment with data warehouse structures in Microsoft Fabric.  
4) Collaborate with Data Engineers to consume and transform data from Fabric data lakes and warehouses for reporting purposes.  
5) Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and incorporate feedback in an Agile development cycle.  
6) Utilize Azure DevOps Git for version control, collaborative development, and deployment of Power BI assets.  
7) Document data models, report logic, and development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
8) Ensure all deliverables meet standards for data accuracy, visual design, usability, and performance.  
9) Participate in Scrum ceremonies via Azure DevOps Boards, contributing to sprint planning and task management.

Requirments 
1) Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar BI development role.  
2) Proven expertise in the Microsoft Power BI stack (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query/M).  
3) Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling) and modern data architecture.  
4) Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.  
5) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or related cloud data platforms.  
6) Practical experience with version control using Git in Azure DevOps or a similar platform.  
7) Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving Microsoft BI and analytics tools.
8) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
9) Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.  
10) Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.  
11) Industry experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain domains.  
12) Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
13) Strong business acumen to translate business needs into effective data visualizations.  
14) Excellent organizational and time management skills.
15) Professional in English.
16) Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
