• دارای حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار مفید در بازرگانی خارجی
• آشنا به اصول بازرگانی
• آشنایی به اسناد تجاری، اینکوترمز، حمل و نقل و امور بانکی
• تهیه و بررسی مستندات بازرگانی، فاکتورها، پیش‌فاکتورها و مدارک حمل داخلی
• پیگیری زنجیره لجستیک از ابتدا تا زمان رسیدن کالا به مقصد
• دارای روابط عمومی بالا و توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با سازمان‌های مرتبط
• تهیه و تنظیم گزارشات مرتبط به فعالیت‌های بازرگانی و امور واردات کالا
• ثبت، نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی مستندات مربوط به مکاتبات و فاکتور ها و قراردادها
• تسلط کامل به کامپیوتر، مجموعه برنامه‌های آفیس
• تسلط کامل بر زبان انگلیسی (مکالمه و مکاتبه)
• منظم و دقیق در کلیه امور بویژه ارائه گزارشهای جامع و کاربردی به مدیریت
• مدیریت زمان و زمان‌بندی، دقت بالا و رعایت محرمانگی اطلاعات

List of responsibilities: 1.Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining commercial documents, invoices, proforma invoices, and domestic shipping documents.

2.Following the logistics chain from the beginning of the purchase process until the goods reach the final destination.

3.Communicating effectively with related organizations and handling commercial correspondences.

4.Preparing and submitting comprehensive and practical reports for management.

5.Registering, organizing, and updating all commercial and contractual documents and correspondence.

6.Managing time efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

7.Using computer systems and MS Office tools for daily commercial operations.

8.Conducting English correspondence and communication related to import activities..

Working hours: : Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Thursdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
