شرح شغل:
در این موقعیت شغلی فرد منتخب وظیفه تحقیق و تحلیل پروژه‌های بلاکچینی، رصد روندهای نوظهور در حوزه کریپتو، بررسی مدل‌های اقتصادی مرتبط با پروژه‌های DeFi، تهیه گزارش‌ها و محتوای تحلیلی و همکاری با تیم‌های فنی و بازاریابی را بر عهده خواهد داشت.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- تحقیق و بررسی پروژه‌ها، توکن‌ها و روندهای نوظهور در حوزه بلاکچین.
- تحلیل ساختارهای اقتصادی پروژه‌های بلاکچینی و مدل‌های مالی آن‌ها.
- تولید محتوای تخصصی شامل مقاله، گزارش تحلیلی و پروپوزال.
- همکاری نزدیک با تیم فنی برای توسعه محتوای مبتنی بر یافته‌های تحقیقاتی.
- همکاری با تیم مارکتینگ برای تدوین استراتژی‌های محتوایی.
- رصد مستمر بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای پیش‌رو در فضای بلاکچین و کریپتو.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با مفاهیم پایه بلاکچین و ساختار شبکه‌های بلاکچینی.
- آشنایی با مفاهیم ICO و IDO.
- آشنایی با صرافی‌های غیرمتمرکز (DEX) و متمرکز (CEX).
- آشنایی با بازارهای مالی و تجارت الکترونیک.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای عمومی و ابزارهای تحقیقاتی.
- توانایی مقاله‌نویسی و پروپوزال‌نویسی به زبان فارسی (و ترجیحاً انگلیسی).
- آشنایی مناسب با زبان انگلیسی (درک متون تخصصی و جستجو در منابع بین‌المللی).
- دارای روحیه کار تیمی، دقت بالا و توانایی تحلیل اطلاعات.
- ترجیحاً دارای مدرک تحصیلی در یکی از رشته‌های اقتصاد، حسابداری، ریاضی یا مهندسی.

داشتن سابقه کار الزامی نیست اما علاقه‌مندی، مطالعه مداوم و توانایی تحلیل و یادگیری سریع از معیارهای اصلی ارزیابی متقاضیان خواهد بود. این موقعیت شغلی به‌ویژه برای افرادی که در ابتدای مسیر حرفه‌ای خود هستند و به حوزه بلاکچین علاقه‌مندند مناسب است.

Job Description:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing blockchain projects, monitoring emerging trends in the crypto space, evaluating economic models of DeFi projects, preparing reports and analytical content, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze blockchain projects, tokens, and emerging trends in the crypto industry.
- Analyze economic structures and financial models of blockchain projects.
- Create specialized content, including articles, analytical reports, and proposals.
- Work closely with the technical team to develop content based on research findings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies.
- Continuously monitor the market and identify opportunities and threats in the blockchain and crypto space.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with basic blockchain concepts and the structure of blockchain networks.
- Understanding ICOs and IDOs.
- Familiarity with decentralized (DEX) and centralized (CEX) exchanges.
- Knowledge of financial markets and e-commerce.
- Proficiency with general software tools and research platforms.
- Strong writing skills for creating articles and proposals in Persian (and preferably English).
- Adequate English skills (especially for reading technical content and researching international sources).
- Strong teamwork spirit, attention to detail, and ability to analyze information.
- Preferably holds a degree in Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering.

Previous work experience is not required. However, passion, continuous learning, and strong analytical skills are among the main criteria for evaluating applicants.
