این موقعیت شغلی در شرکت ابنیه آفرین میرعماد در تهران واقع شده است. کارشناس حسابداری وظیفه دارد تا مسئولیت‌های حسابداری و مالی شرکت را بر عهده بگیرد و از دقت اطلاعات مالی اطمینان حاصل کند.

مسئولیت ها:
- ثبت و پیگیری امور مالی و حسابداری در سیستم مالی
- تهیه و تنظیم گزارش‌های مالی ماهیانه و سالانه
- مدیریت حساب‌های پرداختی و دریافتی
- هماهنگی با دیگر اعضای تیم مالی و ارائه مشاوره مالی
- بررسی و تنظیم بودجه به همراه مدیریت هزینه‌ها
- پیگیری و رعایت اصول و مقررات مالیاتی

شایستگی ها:
- مدرک تحصیلی در زمینه مدیریت مالی یا بیمه یا امور بانکی
- توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و مالی
- توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی
- دقت و توجه به جزئیات
- قابلیت انجام کار تیمی و هماهنگی با دیگر اعضای گروه

This job position is located in Afrain Mir Emad Building Company in Tehran. The accounting expert has the duty to take on the accounting and financial responsibilities of the company and ensure the accuracy of financial information.

Responsibilities:
- Registration and follow-up of financial and accounting affairs in the financial system
- Preparation and preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Management of accounts payable and receivable
- Coordination with other members of the financial team and providing financial advice
- Reviewing and adjusting the budget along with cost management
- Follow-up and compliance with principles and regulations Tax

Competencies:
- Degree in financial management or insurance or banking
- Ability to work with accounting and financial software
- Ability to analyze data and provide financial reports
